Parent-Teacher Conferences Fall 2024

Bayard Public Schools will host Parent-Teacher conferences on October 10, from 1 - 7 pm.  Students will be released at 12:30 pm and there is no preschool that day.  

All teachers will be located in their classrooms for conferences. We are asking parents of elementary students to schedule a conference with non-special teachers using the PTCFast website again. Teachers will post their schedules outside their classroom doors so that if you don't have the opportunity to schedule your conference, you can still come to conferences and look for an open slot.  

Elementary, junior high, and high school teachers will be in their classrooms.

Mrs. Klassen will be available in the elementary school in room 102.  Elementary school yearbooks will be available for purchase.  

Mrs. Rebecca Smith will be available in the flex room of the elementary school.

Mr. Olsen and Dr. Rice will be in the commons area by the District Office and will have the Spring NWEA/NSCAS results to hand out.

Mrs. Ehler will be at the elementary.

Elementary Scheduling System:

This is the same system we used last year.  The process to register multiple students who have the same teachers will require you to register one student, and then go back and register the second student.  If this is your first time registering for our virtual conferences, please watch the video below as it will take you through the process from start to finish.  This video was created over a year ago, so the teachers and schedules look different than they do now, but the process to register is the same.

If you are not able to set up a conference schedule, you can contact your child's teacher to reserve a time slot.
